Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear All,

 

We got a new HP Zbook Firefly 15 G8 laptop for our company; it was successfully deployed for one of our employees. About 30min later, the employee returned it back to us with a blank screen.

 

Appreciate your support in this regard.

 

Note: The Laptop is still under warranty.
