HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 650 G5 7KP76ET
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop won't boot up.

The fan never powers up, the power light comes on for about 5 seconds.

The battery LED flashes amber 8 times then flashes white and amber for a few seconds then goes off.

I have tested the battery in another laptop and it works fine.

I have tested removing the battery and just powering off the main but it also fails to boot up.

 

Has anyone come across this before and have a fix?
