Hi, my laptop HP Pavillon - 14 - ce0006 won't boot, LED power button blinks every 2 sec but it doesn't look like an error code. I can't remove the battery it's a sealed laptop.
The screen remains black, nothing is displayed on it and every time the LED power button blinks I can hear the HDD launching but it immedialty stops (the OS is installed on the SSD). The power supply might put itself in security mode.
I tried to unplug the power supply and press the power button for 8, 10, 30 sec then try to power it with no effect.
I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 v2004. It failed on boot 2 times and had to use a restoration point to get it all together if it can maybe help.
Thanks in advance for your time and help.

If the steps I shared didn't do the trick, it would confirm a hardware malfunction and you may want to contact support to have the device repaired.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!

I understand your concerns.
What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..).
Have a nice day!!
