Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community I have a dv7 laptop. And am facing an issue of it not booting up nothing displays , caps lock keeps blinking once like every second I hear the fans kickup but no display and also I see an orange light on the hard drive indicator .
