Product: Pavillion laptop

My laptop won't boot, it just cycles through loading screens, restart screens, and black screens

My memory test failed, so I think that's the problem.

Failure ID=60E03Q-8SW9HQ-XD7URG-409603

F11 doesn't work it just brings me to a loading screen that leads to a restart screen

Can anyone help?

Hi:

 

The error code you received, Memory Module 1 Failure, means that the memory module in memory slot one of your notebook needs to be removed and replaced.

 

If your notebook has two memory modules, remove the bad one and see if the notebook run fine with the one remaning memory module.
