Product: Hp Notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I recently had to restore my laptop . It was fine until I noticed it was running a bit slow so I deleted a couple of unnecessary games and apps I had on here that I wouldn’t need and I probably might’ve deleted something I did need without knowing. Anyway I was playing a  game and the game froze so I had to shut off the computer and when I went to turn it back on it loads up to a blue screen asking me to choose my keyboard layout only to then load up to troubleshoot. I’ve tried everything on it even tried to reset it to previous setting but I keep getting errors.

 

 One of the errors are To use system restore you must specify which Windows installation to restore . 

 

I don’t even can care if I have to restore it anything for it to work again.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

The product number can normally be found in the same location as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.
