I don't know what you mean by "EFI programs". If you mean the UEFI settings, and you messed them up, then you have bricked your laptop by messing around with stuff you don't understand. We can do nothing for you as we have no access to it.
You will have to take it to a laptop service facility and see if anyone there can get it working again.
