Laptop won't power on

HP Recommended
Hp 15-f024wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgrade my windows 10 to the Latest  November 2019 version I used to have the Windows 10 2010 version on the laptop, since then My laptop Usually goes off showing A green screen saying the system ran into an error, and i have to press the power button multiple times before it powers on,  now it won't even power on anymore but the power light blinks each time I press the power button.   I removed the laptop rtc battery for 3 minutes,  but but still the laptop won't power on.

Hi @AkinsonGideon

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
