Hello,
Yesterday I tried to reach Out to HP Support via. Whatsapp, unfortunately we currently have eastern which is why I will have to wait Till thuesday till they will be able reach Back.

Hello, I bought an HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fh0155ng (8D675EA) two days ago.
I was in the process of setting it up when I had to leave, so I plugged it into the power and came back a few hours later to finish setting it up. However, when I returned, the computer wouldn't turn on, it makes no noise, and the power on or off LED doesn't light up either. At first, I suspected it might not have been charging properly, as the battery was at about 20% before I plugged it in and had to leave, and it might have discharged during that time. So, I plugged it in again, and the charging LED briefly came on, but then it went out again after a few seconds, and now when I plug it in again, nothing lights up at all.
*I had already completed the Windows installation, and I was installing programs for school since I intended to use the laptop for my studies.
What could the problem be? And can I fix it easily, or is the laptop likely defective?
I have, of course, kept the laptop away from water and haven't dropped it.
Please let me know if you need any additional information, photos, or videos of the problem.
