Product: Pavillion 15-csO211ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 2.5 year old HP laptop is not starting anymore. It shows the HP logo on a black background and the dotted circle, then the screen becomes black, then logo and dotted circle are visible again and the PC remains in this cycle forever. The laptop does not have a removable battery. I tried to press the power button for 15 seconds and restart it afterwards but nothing changes. Any ideas? Thank you
