Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was running Adobe Lightroom on my laptop, it was plugged in and suddenly it turned off with no lights on. As if it was dead.

I tried hard reset by removing everything that was attached to the PC and then holding the power button for 15 seconds. Then I plugged back in and its still not turning on. There's no charging or power lights on.

I went through other threads and someone had mentioned to keep it plugged in until the charging light turns on before trying to start the PC. And it worked.
