HP Stream 14

I was working on schoolwork on my laptop last night and it was working fine, no signs of it going out anytime soon. I closed my laptop to take some time off and when I opened it back up and tried to turn it on, the screen showed a light black screen as if it was powering on, and the screen just went black all of a sudden. I tried holding the power button and the LED light flashed signaling that the laptop is on, charging light still shows. When I hold the power button to turn it off, the light turns off, when I try to turn it on the light turns on but the screen remains blank with nothing on it, no fan noise or anything, just black screen and an LED power light.

No power - turns off every few seconds(notebook):

Let’s start with the below steps:

Perform a hard reset (click here for details)

If the computer still turns off every few seconds, try with an alternate adapter and/or remove the battery and try turning on the computer without the battery,

Only connect the adapter and start.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
