I spilt water on my laptop , and dried it all off, and was working fine, I don’t know if that has something to do with it but, I went to shut down my laptop, and then it didn’t turn back on!

Since this is a Hardware issue and accidental damage, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
