Dear HP community, I cannot turn on my HP Pavilion Aero Laptop 13-be0755ng (46520EA) with the serial number [personal information removed]. My laptop crashed last night due to a lack of battery. Since then I have not been able to turn the laptop on, despite charging it for several hours. As soon as I connect the power adapter, the LED light lights up. The problem is not with the power adapter. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much!
