Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was uninstalling software I no longer needed, everything was fine. Then i went to restart, and it will only take me to the choose a keyboard layout menu. Ive tried to recover but nothing is working. I've googled everything i could but couldnt find anything. I dont want to factory reset due to important files that arent backed up, and have nothing to back them up on. I dont know what to do anymore
