Hello. 
So I just got my new HP Pavilion 14 x360. Everything works perfectly but it seems to have a problem that feds me up. 
When I close my laptop by hand, it should go to sleep mode right ? So, I close my laptop, I listen to the sound of fans and when it stops I know that it went to sleep mode, but no. When I re-open the laptop and hit the Enter button, it does nothing. It has shut off. I push the Power button and laptop starts turning on all over again. 

First, I installed Windows 10. It had the same problem. Then, thinking that installing Windows 11 would solve the problem, I have the same problem again. (When I bought the laptop it had installed the Linux. And it was working properly) 

I tried several fixes, but I have the same problem. I must carry this laptop all around for my work and I don't want it to shut off every time I close it. 

(I have tried to go into device manager and change keyboard settings, to enable keyboard to wake up the device, but I could not do that because there's not the Power Management tab in properties. Also I've tried to scan the troubleshooting problems but it has the same problem.)

Any solutions ?
