Laptop keyboard and onscreen keyboard not working during login also filter key is turned off ..only" I " letter is working and while pressing tab it is typing something .. pls help

Pavilion 15-Au062nr

Tried to reset window but stuck at TPM window no F1 or F2 is working for accepting and rejecting setting...shutdown the laptop is also not working..

Since the Notebook is getting stuck on the TPM Window, please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
