Product: HP laptop model 17 by 3613 dx

Happened yesterday for first time. Second tone today. Computer is on, light on side and gentle humming noise. 
I press the button , rub the mouse and computer will not turn on. Screen remains black

HP Recommended

@Joekel -- hold down the on/off button for 30 seconds, until the computer powers-off. Then, restart it, as per normal.
