Product: HP Chromebook

I’ve been locked out of my HP Chromebook for months now.I don’t remember what my password is but I have tried to reset It to something new and I keep getting notifications saying that my password was changed when I put in the new password then a message tells me that I have to put in my old password ( which I dont know )

Reset your Microsoft account password in Microsoft official site then try onto your pc.
