@Abbybabb, thanks for the response.
As you mentioned that you don't remember the admin password for your PC.
Please try performing recovery from f11 and check if that helps.
Refer this article to know how to perform a system recovery.
If you are unable to perform recovery from f11.
You have to contact HP and get a set of recovery kit.
