Product: 15-bs061st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been locked out of my computer. When turning on computer, it asks for Administrator password or power on password and have forgot password. It appears that this is within the laptop itself as it does no seem to actually be powering on. Thanks for any help
