HP Recommended

I went to use my laptop and it says I need to unlock laptop! I never lock it so I have no idea of the username or password. I know my pin for when I start it up but I’ve not had to type in a username before. Help please.

Ive just restarted it and now it says new user which I also don’t know the password for ??
