Locked out of my laptop

HP Recommended

I was using my laptop yesterday no problems.  Today I try to use my laptop and it is saying password is invalid. I confirmed I am typing the right info.  I don’t know what else to do.  I paid for hp tech support but now cannot get anyone on the phone.
