Product: HP ZBook 15 G4 Base Model Mobile Workstation

My ZBook is locked up with my screen name only it won’t let me rest or doesn’t have any log in menu. Stuck ok screen menu. none of the keys on the keyboard works. Can’t even do Cont;Alt;Delt to reset.

nothing works. I turned off the computer 2x now and still nothing works. Please advise
