Good evening,

I was using my zbook and screen timed out and then asked me for pin code to get access again. I always use finger print but it didn't work and password I had wouldn't work. 

 

What is the difference between password and pin code, I'm guessing they are not the same and how come now it's not accepting finger print or password? Help! 😵‍💫
