HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2K4Y7AV)

Regarding the above laptop, sometimes I cannot shut it down, and when I do manage, it takes about 3.5 hours to reboot.

 

I do have an active case number, but am struggling to find how I contact them regarding this matter.

 

It is still under the extended warranty.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, that seems a very odd issue. This could be a hardware issue. We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
