Hello sir/ma’am, a thief stole my pc and there are important files in my pc, I need you guys to help me find out my pc by tracking it with serial number so I can find it out

I am sorry that happened.

 

HP does not track computers and cannot be of any help in this situation.

 

Report the theft to your local police.  Do so even if you think they cannot find the device.  If the police have the information, it can be helpful to them (and you) if they do run across a cache of stolen computers.

 

Assuming you do have backups of your data, you can recover your personal data to a different computer.  That part is easy.

 

Change every password you have for every account for which the computer contains any information (banks, shopping, anywhere you might have stored private information).  This is harder to do sometimes but is important.

 

Talk to someone - a friend, colleague - and ask for help, ideas, support.
