My lap top is HP core i 7 , Ram 16 GB , my Hard C was upgraded to 512 GB for installing engineering programs , my screen is blinking for a while , being black and continue , i press power for force shutdown and turn it on again, this problem gone and it works properly

Let me make sure I understand what you are saying -- so you upgraded a smaller drive to a 512GB one, right?  If this was your Windows drive, how did you get Windows onto the new drive?
