Product: HP Stream Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I turn on my laptop it says HP then goes to a black screen, I have tried ctrl alt delete and nothing changes the screen stays black, I tried F8 to reboot and it doesn't do anything different just goes back to a black screen, can you please help me with this issue?
