@Box-a-rocks

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

For (original) Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

Hi, @Box-a-rocks

The 24 character failure codes can indicate any number of different hardware issues, not just a bad hard drive.

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
GQDX20-9QJAJP-MFPXHG-40DX03OKXXXXXXXXXX3/28/21201MemoryCache Module, Memory, Memory BoardMemory Module 1 Failure

Since your notebook is less than 2 years old, if you are willing/able to do the repair work yourself, you can remove the defective 4 GB memory module, and you may as well upgrade it to an 8 GB memory module by using this part...would cost you less than $45 bucks.

Below is the link to the service manual...chapter 5 has the memory removal and replacement procedure for the models that came with 1 x 4 GB of memory.
