Missing Informations on System Board

Hi please, I have this issue with my new Laptop, here is the message that displays anytime I turn on my laptop

'' Product Information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system is missing or invalid

   System Board (00A) - Feature Byte

   System Board (00A) - Build Id

   System Board (00A) - Serial Number

   System Board (00A) - SKU Number

   System Board (00A) - Product name''

please need help how to resolve all this, I check on my laptop, and found no Information about all this.
