Product: HP Mt41 Mobile Thin Client
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there, so I recently purchased a new HP mt41 Mobile Thin Client brand new from Amazon but I have been having one big problem with it. Every time that the laptop shuts down, it will reset to factory default. This is a major issue since any changes I make, any applications I download, and any accounts I edit, all reset to default. For example, I would create an account and download java, microsoft office, and google chrome on it, and if I shut down the laptop the only accounts avalible on startup are the default "Administrator" and "User" accounts. I was wondering if this is an error with the laptop itself or if I have something enabled that shouldn't be.  Thanks!
