My 14-ce1024tx wont boot up!

Pavillion hp 14-ce1024tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 14-ce1024tx wont boot up.

Okay so it started acting silly one day when it failed recognizing my mouse and keyboard. It was running in full battery and then suddenly turned off. I turned it back on and the message read that due to high tempreture, the bios turned the laptop off (or something like that as it happened a few days ago). Just after reading it i was looking for options on the screen (e.g. press enter to continue) it turned off again. The room was not hot or humid so so i let the laptop cool off, turned the AC on in the room and opened the laptop after a few hours of rest. I was able to go to the recovery screen and opted for a PC refresh. Everything was working well...

Then just today, i tried opening it by pressing the on button, it lights up after 2 seconds then the laptop shuts off again.  Tried pressing troubleshooting it using sokutions here like press and hold windows key + b then the power button... it will  open for a few seconds, blank screen then turn off again. Tried windows key + v same thing, will turn on with blank screen then turn off again!

Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
