Product: elitebook 840 g5
My HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2 isn't booting up.
When plugged in:
The LED beside the charging port glows orange. Pressing the power button does nothing. Holding the power button for 10 seconds doesn't turn it on, but the charging LED turns off, then blinks orange and white.
When not plugged in:
Pressing the power button, the power button light will turn on, then after a few seconds with no display, the caps lock will show the LED for 4-5 seconds. After that happens, both the power button and the caps lock light turns off.
I have tried reseting the ram, ssd. reseted the cmos battery. Tried draining all of the charge and still the same problem remains.
