I upgraded to Avira Prime antivirus, it did its thing while I was cooking dinner, came back to my computer and it wanted me to restart. Unfortunately that took me in the restart Loop for the last 2 hours. I have tried everything and I can't get anywhere;
Part of the problem is it wants me to put a password in to get into my account but I never set up a password and neither did my tech helper. The only thing would be if HP put one in here from the get-go? It would be an admin password/ passcode of some sort.
HP won't help me unless I pay because I'm outside the 1-year warranty 😞
I just keep getting blue screens and a "wdf-violation"which apparently stands for Windows driver fault, and the code is "amdsfhkmdf.sys". I have researched online and there's not seem to be anyone that has found a fix for this. Any suggestions/ help would be greatly appreciated
