Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Light is on when charger is connected, and comes off when disconnected. 

Pressing the power button has no response. 

I tried pressing power button for 10, 30 and 60 seconds to drain excess battery charge but nothing happens. 

Tried the hp virtual bot's suggestion to press the windows and B keys (plus power button for 3 secs) then held them for another minute, but nothing happened.
