Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop was a special order and is less than two months old. The battery and drives are not serviceable.  It's been working beautifully but after shutting down tonight it will not start. It's fully charged and when plugged in the charge light is white. The power button does absolutely nothing. No peripherals are plugged in. It's not that it isn't booting, there is just no power when the on key is pushed. Truly frustrating. I've tried all the keyboard combinations people have suggested without luck. There's a full warranty but there's personal information on my NVMe SSD drive that I need. Normally I'd just remove it but it's awkward with this model and I don't want to void the warranty. I plan on calling tomorrow to see what my options are. Annoying.....
