Product: HP OMEN 17-w253dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was on, then turned off and won't turn back on. When I have it plugged in with the battery installed the light by the charge cable pulses orange, when the battery is taken out it pulses white. After I have it plugged in and I press the power button the backlights on the keyboard begin to flash. Sometimes the power button light will flash as well but not always. I have tried updating the BIOS with a flash drive, but no luck. Does anybody else have any ideas?
