Product: 15-P078sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has been just fine to date, but today i went to turn it on and...nothing!

When i hit the power button there's no wirring, or lights or anything. I tried taking the battery out and just using the power cord and holding the power button down, but nothing....

Please help!!

Hi,


Only thing I've to suggest other than giving it for repair is doing a hard reset and trying some other power source.

If it is within warranty, contact HP. They'll repair it free of cost.
