Product: Pavilion x360 m3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion x360 m3 is not booting up and Caps Lock blinking. 

Product Details are as follows.

Model: m3-u001dx

P/N: W2L17UA#ABA

My notebook was spilled over with some water by my little daughter. The display got struck, so i forced shutdown it. I dried it in bright sublight, and through heat gun. However, since then, My HP Pavilion x360 m3 is not booting up and Caps Lock and Power connector light blinking. 

Expertise of HP community to recover is solicited please.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not booting up.
