My laptop keeps turning on by itself every time I shut it down (after ~30 seconds).
I disabled the Wake on LAN option, the Wake on Mouse and Keyboard option, the Allow Wake Timers option, but the problem still remains.
I also updated my Windows 10 to the May 2019 update, but that didn't solve it.
I'm frustrated and out of options to do, so I had to come here and ask for a solution. Please help.

I would ensure that Fast Start Up is disabled.
Also I would try a Safe Boot and use shutdown, even using the command line shutdown.exe command.
Safe Boot into Command Line only, eliminating the loading of potentially problematic drivers.
Because it may be a problem driver.

Fast Start Up and Automatic restart are disabled, problem remains.
I haven't tried the Safe Boot option still (actually I don't know how to do it...)
PS, Putting my laptop on Sleep works, I'm using that option until I solve the problem.
