my hp laptop is not turn in until i plugin. since i change the battery problem occurred. after turn in laptop doesnt need plugin only need to plugin when you started up. i already update bios but still same problem going

I have similar issue. All diagnostics check out. Battery fully charged. Won’t boot unless plugged in, but then I can unplug and runs fine. Battery drain seems normal. Latest drivers and bios.

I installed a new battery and it fixed the issue.
