Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone! In the past 1 to 2 months, when I switch on my HP laptop, sometimes it's caps lock blink frequently and its screen remain black.  Meanwhile, it will will be powered on with out blinking but stuck after some minutes of opening. However, this past week the blinking issue continued yet freezing/stuck issue has relieved when the laptop powers on without blinking on its some occasions. What shall I do to resolve this occasional episode of caps lock blinking during start-up? Thank you in advance.
