My HP victus turned off and won't turn on anymore

Hola, estoy aquí para preguntar sobre un problema con mi HP Victus 15, ya que lo estaba usando cuando de repente se apagó, cuando intenté encenderlo nuevamente solo se encendió la luz del botón de encendido. Ya probé lo más básico que pude investigar como: quitar la batería y encenderla solo con el cargador, hice las combinaciones de teclas de ventana + b + encendido, así como mantuve presionado el botón de encendido durante mucho tiempo y la espera a que se descargara. He estado con ella durante 7 meses y hasta ahora es el único problema que he tenido con ella. Un dato extra que puedo añadir, es que sí me permite encender los LEDs de las teclas, después de encenderlas, pero al cabo de un tiempo, si intento apagarlas no me deja y tengo que apagarlo y volver a encenderlo para que ahora sí me deje apagar los LEDs o viceversa. Agradezco la respuesta, ya que ahora no tengo mucha idea de qué hacer y antes de enviarlo a reparar, me gustaría tener una idea de lo que piensas del problema

Hi, I'm here to ask about a problem with my HP Victus 15 as I was using it when it suddenly turned off, when I tried to turn it on again only the power button light came on. I already tried the most basic things I could investigate such as: removing the battery and turning it on with only the charger, I did the combinations of window keys + b + power, as well as I held down the power button for a long time and waited for it to discharge. I've been with her for 7 months and so far it's the only problem I've had with her. An extra fact that I can add, is that it does allow me to turn on the LEDs of the keys, after turning them on, but after a while, if I try to turn them off it does not let me and I have to turn it off and on again so that now it does let me turn off the LEDs or vice versa.
