Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was having problems updating windows 10 it was telling me to install the latest version of Windows 10,I just installed Norton Security Suite provided free with my Comcast subscription my laptop was running fine I went to shut it down and it does not want to turn back on.the laptop has been giving problems lately when trying to install any windows updates it says updates are being installed but then it will say updates are being undone do not turn off computer..

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Do you see any light on the computer?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

After an update yesterday My HP 15 stopped working. When I turn it on...nothing..... but when I release the power button, an amber light that detects wifi stays on for about 5 seconds then goes off.
