HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an Hp Laptop,Model 15-dbOOO6cy. It will not turn on,period. The screen is not turning on,and neither is the power lights. I don't even hear any sounds coming from the computer like any beeps or the fan running. I already tried unplugging and plugging the power cables multiple times, turning it on without the power cable plugged in,and all that. The only thing I haven't done is taking out the battery,as I don't have a small enough screwdriver to unscrew the back.Is there any other way to fix this that doesn't involve unscrewing the back?

Welcome to HP Community

The Notebook should Power On with the Ac Adapter  even if the Battery is faulty. This could to be a Motherboard issue.
