Product: HP Spectre Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Spectre Foolio convertible does not complete booting process. Power light goes on but screen remains blank, no sign of activity such as running system. Caps Lock Button light keeps blinking. I force power of with the button then on again, same thing.
