Product: Pavilion X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion X360 notebook in a terrible condition.

 

Genius Power supply connect to Laptop cannot be turn on. you need to remove the battery and plug-in the battery again then can turning on, but there is no charging when you plug-in and the power light being flash White color .... 

 

when you plug-in the power supply with battery, Windows10 showing is using Battery mode and not charging.

 

when you take off the battery and remain the power supply on, then windows will show there is no battery.

 

so ... is this a hardware problem? anyone have this issue before? and how to fix it??? 

 

I am quite worry about HP ... hardware now ................
