Product: HP Laptop 15s-du0096TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laptop 15s-du0096TU. The problem is my laptop went a bios update the last day. When I turned it on the next day there was a black screen and power led is blinking and the caps lock is blinking 3.2 times.

That blink pattern indicates a memory hardware issue.  You would need to reset the memory and try again.

 

If that does not fix it, then press the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting and when the HP Startup Menu appears, select the option for diagnostics, and when that opens, run the memory tests.
