Product: HP Chromebook 360

My chromebook 360 model 11 ac027

Product # 2MW51UA.

I turned it off earlier and it won't turn back on. Acting like its asleep the light is flashing on the side like its asleep. Did a hard restart, nothing happened. I have it plugged in I am at a loss as to what to do.
